Who can open a Qonto account on behalf of my company?

You can open an account if:

1. You are an individual legal representative of the company: 

    • Sole Administrator
    • Joint and Several Administrator
    • President or CEO
    • Joint Administrator
👉🏻 A legal representative is a person who has the authority to act on behalf of the company in legal and business matters.
💡 You can indicate that you are a legal representative at this stage:

*The support team may contact you to request additional documentation if you legally represent the company as a:
  • Joint and Several Administrator
    The statutes and the joint signature of the account's terms and conditions will be required via email.
  • Joint Administrator
    An identity document of the other joint administrators will be required.

 

  1. You are an attorney-in-fact of the company:
👉🏻 An attorney-in-fact possesses a notarized power of attorney, signed and sealed by a notary, authorizing them to open, close, and manage bank accounts on behalf of the company. You can upload it from the overview of your interface:
