Creating a company in Spain is often a lengthy process: besides drafting the articles of association and coordinating the notary appointment, there is often friction due to having to handle the share capital before the notarial signing.

How does the process work with the Qonto x Finutive service? (steps)
1) Information and document collection
Finutive gives you access to their platform to provide the required information and upload the shareholders’ documents.
2) Company name request
The company name is requested (it is recommended to provide several options in order of preference).
3) Articles of association and file preparation
Based on the information collected, the articles of association are drafted and the file is prepared to be sent to the notary.
4) Final confirmation before the notary
The final details are reviewed/validated with you to avoid mistakes and delays before signing.
5) Notary signing
The appointment is coordinated and the signing takes place before a notary (usually in person).
6) Post-signing formalities (registration and filings)
After signing, the necessary steps with the relevant authorities and the business registry are handled mainly online, to complete the company’s registration and filings (depending on the case).
7) Account activation and deferred share capital contribution
Once the required documentation is available, the Qonto team reviews the company information and activates the account. From that moment on, you can make the deferred share capital contribution (after the notarial signing).
