Qonto offers this service together with Finutive to make it easier to incorporate your company in Spain, with support throughout the process.
What’s included in the pack?
- Support from a dedicated advisor to guide you and answer questions throughout the process.
- Document collection and case file preparation for the incorporation.
- Drafting of the articles of association with expert support.
- Company name application (first request to the Mercantile Registry).
- Coordination with the notary (including appointment scheduling) and follow-up up to the signing.
- 12 months of a Qonto business account, depending on the pack selected.
What packs are available?
The service is available in 3 packs (one-time payment, excl. VAT):
- Basic Pack — €235: incorporation with support + 12 months of a Qonto business account.
- Smart Pack — €355: incorporation with support + 12 months of a Qonto business account.
- Essential Pack — €715: incorporation with support + 12 months of a Qonto business account (priority support).
Note: the pack price does not include notary fees or the company registration fees at the Business Registry (approximately €200 in total as an indicative estimate; this may vary depending on the case).
