What changes should I expect regarding my Qonto cards?

We are performing a technical migration to enhance your banking experience. During this period, some card management features will be temporarily unavailable.

Don’t worry - your cards will continue to work normally for payments, but you won't be able to modify card settings, or view sensitive information like PINs for a short period.

 

What card operations will be unavailable during the migration?

During this period, you won't be able to:

  • The visual card on the wallet might not be the correct one; it's not the case for all cards
  • Contactless payments are not working; but a fix is being currently deployed
  • Pin payments are not working; but a fix is being currently deployed 

Will my existing cards still work?

Yes! You will still be able to pay with your cards as usual.

Only card management operations are affected during the migration.

 

How long will this service interruption last?

The exact duration will be visible in the app before the migration begins. We are working to keep this period as short as possible to minimize any inconvenience.

 

Will my cards work normally after the migration?

Yes! When the migration is complete, the banner won’t be visible anymore, all card services will resume automatically. You won't need to take any action, and your cards will continue to work as before.

 

What should I do if I need urgent access to my card details or PIN?

We recommend taking note of your card details and PIN before the migration if you think you will need them during this period.
