How do I use the concierge service?

Your X or Mirror card includes access to a premium concierge service designed to simplify both your business and personal life. This assistance is available 7 days a week to help you with information requests, bookings, quotes, and personalized support.

The concierge team can handle a wide range of tasks – from travel bookings and restaurant reservations to legal information and household services. Whether you need visa requirements for a business trip or help finding a handyman, the concierge is there to support you.

This service is available to cardholders with an active X or Mirror card registered under their name. You can submit requests from both the web 💻 and the mobile 📱 app, and choose to communicate via SMS or email.

 

What types of requests can I submit to the concierge service?

The concierge service is designed to help with a wide variety of business and personal needs. Any information requests or booking assistance is completely free of charge. For services that involve third-party providers, you’ll receive multiple quotes from the concierge team so you can choose the option that best fits your needs and budget.

Here are examples of requests the concierge team can help you with:

  • Legal and administrative information: Visa requirements, legal questions, Covid-19 regulations, insurance guidance.
  • Travel bookings: Flight and train booking searches.
  • Car rental: Vehicle rental assistance in France and abroad.
  • Accommodation search: Short-term and long-term rental options.
  • Restaurant bookings: Reservation assistance at restaurants.
  • Event tickets: Booking for concerts, sporting events, theater, and more.
  • Cleaning services: Professional cleaning for your office or home.
  • Handyman services: Help finding qualified professionals for repairs or installations.
  • Flower delivery: Delivery services, including international destintaions.

If your request isn't listed here, don’t hesitate to submit it anyway. The concierge team is flexible and will do their best to assist you with any reasonable request, no matter how unique it may be. The service is designed to adapt to your specific business and personal needs.

 

How do I submit a request to the concierge service?

Before submitting your first request, make sure your X or Mirror card has been activated. Once your card is active, you can access the concierge service and start submitting requests.

On web 💻:

  1. Go to Business accountCards.
  2. Click on your X or Mirror card.
  3. Scroll down to find the Concierge and lounge option on the right side.
  4. In the Concierge section, click Make a request.
  5. Enter your request in the text box with as many details as possible (for example: “Hi, I would like to know the entry requirements to travel to the US as an Italian citizen for my business trip.”).
  6. Select your preferred contact method: SMS or email.
  7. Submit your request.

On mobile 📱:

  1. Go to MoreSettings & Tools.
  2. Select Concierge.
  3. Tap Make a request.
  4. Enter your request.
  5. Choose your preferred contact method: SMS or email.
  6. Submit your request.

After submitting, the concierge team will respond between 9AM and 9PM. You can then continue the conversation via your chosen method until your request is fully resolved.

 

Who can access the concierge service?

The concierge service is exclusively available to cardholders with an X or Mirror card registered under their own name.

The concierge team can assist you in German, English, French, Spanish and Italian. When you submit a request, simply communicate in your preferred language and the team will respond accordingly.
