The Client Portal is a secure, branded platform that allows you to share and manage all your sales documents with clients in one centralized location.
With the Client Portal, you can:
- Create personalized experiences for each client with your company branding (logo, name, and colors)
- Centralize document sharing by providing clients with a dedicated space to access their quotes and invoices
- Keep information current with real-time updates that ensure clients always see the latest document versions (and all previous versions)
- Streamline client interactions by giving them a professional platform to review, download, and pay for their invoices and quotes
Access Requirements:
- Only available through the Account Receivable Add-on
- Limited to Owners and Admins (with visibility for reporting profiles)
- Currently not accessible to managers
- All end clients will have access to the shared client portal, and they only need the link to access it.

Where can I find the portal link ?
To send the Client Portal link to your clients:
- Navigate to the Client list in your Qonto account
- Select the specific client you want to share the portal with
- Open the client details panel on the right side
- Find the portal link in the Client Portal section
- Copy and share this unique link with your client
Alternative access: Clients will also automatically receive the portal link whenever you send them documents (invoices or quotes) directly through Qonto.
Note: The portal link is unique to each client and provides secure access to their dedicated branded portal with all their relevant documents.
How can I control which documents are visible in my client's portal?
The Client Portal automatically displays all invoices and quotes associated with a specific client, as the portal link is not tied to individual projects but to the client as a whole.
To hide a document from the portal:
- Open the document you want to hide (quote or invoice)
- Click the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner of the document
- Select Hide from client's portal from the dropdown menu
To show a document in the portal:
- Open the document you want to make visible
- Click the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner of the document
- Select Show in client's portal from the dropdown menu
Note: By default, all documents associated with a client are visible in their portal unless specifically hidden using this feature.
What do end clients see when they receive the portal link?
When clients receive an invoice or quote from you, they automatically gain access to their dedicated Client Portal. This means that sending any document link also grants access to the complete portal experience.
Branded Interface: Clients see a personalized portal featuring your company branding, including:
- Your company name and logo

- Professional, cohesive design
Document Overview: The portal displays all their documents in one organized location, showing:
- Invoices and Quotes in separate, easy-to-navigate tabs

- View detailed documents by clicking on any item
- Download PDFs directly from the portal
