How to request an electronic signature on a quote?

Who Can Use This Feature?

  • User Roles: Owners and Admins only
  • Subscription Required: Account Receivable (AR) Add-On
  • Platforms: Web App 💻 and Mobile App 📱

Requesting a Signature

  1. Before sending your quote, you will find the Electronic Signature option

  2. Enter your client's information:

    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email address
  3. Choose whether you also want to sign the document

    • If yes, you'll be prompted to sign before the quote is sent to your client

Client Experience

  • Your client will receive an email with the signature request
  • No Qonto account is required for them to sign
  • They simply click the link in the email to view the PDF
  • With a single click, they can accept and sign your quote
  • "Bon pour accord" will be automatically added alongside their signature

After Signing

  • You'll receive an email confirmation once signed
  • The quote will be automatically marked as "Approved". You can create an invoice directly from the approved quote

Attachments

  • If you've included attachments with your quote, your client will be asked to sign these as well
  • Both the signed quote and signed attachments can be accessed by opening the signed quote in Qonto. All signed documents can be downloaded for your records.
