Move Your Recurring Payments is a feature that allows you to easily transfer your recurring payments, such as card subscriptions, supplier invoices, and direct debits, from an external bank account to Qonto. This feature ensures business continuity and a smooth transition to using Qonto as your new primary business account.
Who can use Move Your Recurring Payments?
This feature is available to all businesses and can be set up by Owner and Admin roles. This is only available on web.
How do I set it up?
- Connect your external bank account: Use the current account aggregation flow to link your external account to Qonto.
- Transaction analysis: Once connected, Qonto will analyze your external bank account transactions to provide recommendations for moving your recurring payments to Qonto.
- Follow the recommendations: Based on the analysis, Qonto will suggest which recurring payments (such as card subscriptions, supplier invoices, and direct debits) can be transferred to Qonto.
After connecting your external bank account, you will see recommendations on how to move your recurring payments directly on the Account Page (available on Web). These recommendations will help you migrate your payments and set up your recurring transactions on Qonto.
How do I manage my payments after setting up this feature?
Once your recurring payments are moved to Qonto, you can manage and monitor them directly from your Qonto account, ensuring full visibility and streamlined financial processes. Payments with your previous service providers will continue as usual unless you update the payment details with them. To avoid disruptions, inform your service providers of any changes in your payment methods.
