How to obtain a certificate or attestation via Qonto?

  • Updated

Do you need an official document, such as proof of payment or a Qonto business Mastercard ownership certificate, for your professional or administrative procedures? Qonto offers a wide range of certificates to meet your needs. Here’s everything you need to know about requesting them based on your role and the options available.

Who can request a certificate?

  • Account Holder (Owner)

If you are the account holder, you can receive the certificate directly.

    Special case:

If you want the certificate to be sent to someone outside your Qonto account, we will send it to that person and copy you in the email.

  • Admin

You can request a certificate and will receive it directly. The account holder will automatically be copied in the email upon sending.

  • Manager, Employee, or Accountant

These roles can request a certificate, but the document will not be sent directly to them. Instead, the certificate will be sent to the account holder, who can then share it with them.
