Who can download a proof of international transfer?
Downloading a proof of transfer is available to Account Owners, Admins, and Managers with the right permissions. If you don’t have access, ask an Admin or the Account Owner.
How can I download a proof of international transfer from the web app?
- Go to Business account > Transactions
- Select the transfer
- Click Download proof of payment

- Open the app and go to Transactions
- Select the transfer
- Tap Download proof of payment
When is the proof available?
You can download the proof only once the transfer has been executed. It may take a little time to appear after completion, due to intermediary banks and payment partners.
