How to use the Quick Actions feature from my Qonto interface (Beta) ?

  • Updated

We have recently launched the Beta version of Quick Actions. This feature is designed to enhance your productivity by enabling you to perform common daily Qonto actions quickly and easily with fewer navigational steps in your account.

It allows you to:

  • Initiate an instant SEPA transfer with just one written prompt and one click to confirm.
  • Use smart shortcuts to perform your usual tasks, but faster.

Located on the left panel of the web app under your logo, the feature looks like a search bar. You can also use Command K (Mac) or Ctrl K (Windows) to activate Quick Actions.

Who can use Quick Actions?

The feature is can only be accessed by Owner and Admin roles for now. It is available to all pricing plans, only to the web app.

What actions are available?

You can perform the following actions listed:

  • Make an instant SEPA transfer
  • Create a virtual card
  • Create an invoice
  • Set up an outbound direct debit
  • Create a budget
  • Submit reimbursement
  • Add an account
  • Add a client
  • Apply for financing
  • Invite a team member
  • Invite a manager

  • Invite an accountant
  • Upload a receipt or invoice.

How does it work?

You can start by clicking on the Quick Actions icon⚡️.

Select the action that you are looking for amongst the suggested list of smart shortcuts.

Click on it, and it will automatically start the corresponding workflow.

There is only one major difference between all listed actions and make an instant SEPA transfer.

In that case, you will have to

  • Type a prompt: Send [amount] euros to [@name of the existing beneficiary] for [reason].
  • Select the existing beneficiary by typing @ and press Enter.

Once you have pressed Enter, you can review your request for accuracy:

  • If correct, press Send transfer and validate the action on your phone with SCA.
  • If incorrect, press Edit details to correct the information.

⚠️ The beneficiary must exist prior to typing the prompt.
