How do you connect an app with Qonto?

You can browse and connect integrations from both the Qonto web app and the mobile app.

Connecting to your app from the Qonto web app :

  1. Go to the Settings icon on the bottom left of the page
  2. Click on Integrations and Partnerships > Integrations
  3. Search for the integration you want to install and select it.
  4. Click Connect in the top right of the page
  5. Finally, follow the instructions to finish installing the integration.

☝️Good to know: While the web app allows you to browse and connect all available integrations, the mobile app is primarily designed for discovery. It means you can browse and search all available integrations directly from there.

If an integration isn't available for mobile setup, you can still view its details and send yourself a setup link by email to complete the installation later on your computer.

In addition to the Integrations section, some Qonto features may also suggest relevant integrations directly in context (for example during account aggregation or supplier invoices).

How do I connect an app to Qonto from the mobile app?

The mobile app is designed for browsing and discovery, you can search all available integrations and connect the ones that support mobile setup directly from the app.

  2. Select the relevant integration.
  3. Check its current status, issue details, and last successful activity.
  4. Follow the recommended action displayed in Qonto.

📱 From the Qonto mobile app:

What are the most common integration issues?

Depending on the issue, Qonto will display an explanation and the recommended next step.

  • Authentication expired: Access to the third-party application needs to be renewed. Select Re-authenticate and follow the instructions.
  • Insufficient permissions: The integration can no longer connect because the Qonto member who initially set it up does not have Admin or Owner access. Grant this member the required access level, or disconnect and reconnect the integration using an Admin or Owner account.
  • Resource not found: A connected file, folder, spreadsheet, or database may have been deleted, moved, or become inaccessible. Check that the resource still exists in the third-party application and that you have permission to access it.
  • Technical issue: Qonto cannot reliably identify or resolve every integration issue. Follow the instructions displayed in Qonto and contact Customer Care if requested.

When an issue is detected, you may also receive an email and a mobile notification with instructions.

☝️ The available recovery action depends on the integration and the cause of the issue. Some actions may need to be completed from the Qonto web app or directly in the third-party application.
