Your account details, which include your IBAN and BIC/SWIFT, are available on your Qonto app (both web and mobile).
Web app
In your web application, you have two options:
- Option 1: Click on the "Business account" section, then "Transactions". Click on the "Bank details" button, then "Download (PDF)" to obtain the file in PDF format or "Copy" to get it in text format.
- Option 2: You can also click on "Business account" then "Accounts", and select your main account or one of your subaccounts if you have any.
☝️ Tips: You can download your account details in a foreign language (🇫🇷 🇬🇧 🇪🇸 🇮🇹 🇩🇪) when you click on the "Download (PDF)" button from the web app only.
Mobile app
- From your mobile application, go to "Menu",
- Navigate to the "Accounts (IBAN)" section and select the account of your choice
- Choose "Download PDF" to download your Account Details in PDF format or "Share IBAN" to copy the Account Details in text format.
☝️ On the mobile version, you can download your account details only in the language of the country where your company is based.
