How to download a proof of transfer (SEPA)?

It is possible to download a proof of transfer directly from your Qonto interface, in case of request for a proof by a third party, for example.

💡 Good to know: Downloading a proof of transfer for outgoing transfers is available to Account Owners, Admins, and Managers with the appropriate permissions.

Managers without permissions or Employees will not be able to download proofs of transfer, they must contact an Admin or the Owner. Managers who can directly make transfers, not just transfer requests, will be able to download proofs of transfers for the ones they initiated themselves.

Should you need proof of incoming transfers, simply get in touch with our support via chat or email.

From your web app:

  • Go to your Business Account section, in the Transactions tab
  • Find the transfer for which you want a proof of transfer and click on it
  • In the side panel, click on "Download proof of payment" to download the document

From your mobile app:

  • Go to the Transfers section in the Menu
  • Find the transfer for which you want a proof of transfer and click on it
  • Click on "Download proof of payment" to download the document

💡 Good to know: You can also find your outgoing transfer in the 'Transfers' tab. Click on 'View transfer details' to jump over to its details in your 'Transactions' tab.

 

Note: This document can only be downloaded if the transfer has been executed.
