☝️ Good to know: the transfer is configured by default as an instant transfer but you can also choose to uncheck this setting and make a standard transfer (received within 48 business hours).

To save time, you can set your VAT rate and the associated label for each beneficiary by clicking on Accounting management, then Suppliers. Once done, you no longer need to think about it! You will find the dedicated fields already filled with the information when you create a new transfer while making it.

Add an attachment or accounting information

Attachments and accounting information are no longer added during transfer creation.

Once the transfer is executed, you can add them from the transaction:

  • Go to Transfers or History.
  • Open the relevant transaction.
  • Add your attachments, VAT rate, labels or accounting notes.

Managers can make transfers if their permissions allow, within limits defined by the Admin or Account owner.

Download a transfer confirmation

You can download a transfer confirmation immediately after sending the transfer.

This confirmation is available for instant and standard transfers.

You can access it:

  • from the Transfers tab;
  • or via the Share button on mobile.

This confirmation can be used as proof of sending to a supplier or partner, even if the transfer has not yet been received by the beneficiary.

Useful information

Managers can make transfers if their permissions allow, within limits defined by the Admin or Account owner.

Transfers between Qonto accounts are not deducted from your plan and are instantly credited to the beneficiary.

If you are eligible, you can finance your suppliers' invoices and activate the Pay later option. Your supplier will be paid, but your account balance will not be immediately impacted. You will then repay in three monthly installments debited from your account.

If your transfer exceeds €100,000 or if your beneficiary is not reachable via instant SEPA transfer, the transfer will be automatically made as a standard transfer.

If you make a transfer to a closed account, contact the beneficiary so that their bank confirms the return of funds to your Qonto account. The funds should be automatically returned.

💡 If you have configured strong authentication on your account, you will receive a confirmation request on the associated phone.

☝️ Tips

To save time on your SEPA transfers, add qonto.new to your browser's search bar. You will be directly redirected to the transfer management page.

You can also go through the Supplier invoicing tab to make your transfers and avoid entering all your partner's information.

🔁 You can repeat certain transfers already made without having to re-enter them.

To do this:

  • select the transfer to repeat in the Transactions section;
  • click on Repeat transfer in the right panel;
  • modify the information if necessary;
  • validate the transfer.
