Qonto’s billing is based on a monthly or annual calendar period, and invoices are generated on the first day of every month. Invoices won't be generated for those months in which the total amount is 0.
Qonto invoices are monthly invoices that display subscription fees as well as any additional fees charged between the first and last day of each month.
Annual subscription fees will appear on the invoice corresponding to the month during which the fee was charged.
For example: if I switch my subscription to annual billing on July 15th, the annual fee will be charged on the same day as soon as I confirm my change. This fee will appear on my July monthly invoice, available on August 1st.
How can I download my invoices from the Plans & Invoices section?
💻 From the web app on your computer:
Go to the Settings section of your Qonto’s web interface on the bottom left.
Then go to Billing and Invoices
Click on the Qonto Invoices section
Select the invoices that you want to download. 🎉
✌️Good to know: You can select and download as many invoices as necessary in bulk. A compressed file (.zip) will be automatically sent to your email address, containing all selected invoices in PDF. This email can be forwarded to your accountant or any person of your choice.
📱On the mobile app
From May 2026, you can also access and download your Qonto invoices directly from the mobile app.
- Open the Qonto app and go to the Menu section on the bottom left of your screen
- Go to ⚙️ Settings
- Tap Qonto invoices. Your invoices are listed by month and grouped by year.
- Tap any invoice to open and download the PDF.
How can I download an invoice from my transactions?
Click on the transaction of your choice in the Transaction section.
Then click on Invoice.
You will find your invoice attached. 🎉
