SEPA B2B Direct Debits

  • Sign the SEPA Direct debit B2B mandate provided by the creditor

  • Log in to your Qonto web application and go to the Business account section, then to the Outgoing direct debits section, and click on the Set up a new direct debit button in the top right corner.

A B2B Direct Debit is an inter-enterprise direct debit. It is reserved only for payments between businesses and is mostly used by public institutions (DGFIP, URSSAF, SIE…).

Another particularity of this mandate is that the debtor cannot claim a refund.

In case of dispute, the client must contact the creditor, no action is possible on our side.

How to recognize a B2B mandate?
