How do I access the Tax Payments section in Qonto?
If you have a company based in Spain, or if you’re a Spanish freelancer, you'll find a new section in your Qonto account named “Taxes and duties” > "Agencia Tributaria".

How can I set up a tax payment with Agencia Tributaria, via direct debit?
To domicile a tax payment, follow these steps:
- Log into your account at the Agencia Tributaria website.
- Authorize the Agencia Tributaria to directly debit your Qonto account for the computed tax amount. đź’ˇ Remember, this should be done within 5 days from the fiscal deadline to avoid penalties.
- If missed, use direct debit via the payment gateway or fill out the tax form on your Qonto app.
Where can I see a domiciled payment?
You can track all your tax payments, whether domiciled or not, in the "Taxes and Duties/Agencia Tributaria" section of your Qonto account. Domiciled payments appear under the "Processing" section, while all completed tax payments processed by the Agencia Tributaria are visible in the "Completed" section and also listed under the "List of Transactions" for the account used.
Where can I download a proof of payment for completed payments?
The proof of payment is automatically attached to every successfully completed transaction. The file can be easily downloaded from:
- The payment details in the Taxes and duties > Agencia tributaria > Completed tab,
- From the Business account > Transactions > Select the transaction
Can I use my Qonto IBAN to pay the tax on the Agencia Tributaria platform?
Here is how you can pay taxes with your Qonto IBAN:
- Access your account in the Agencia Tributaria platform;
- Fill-in the tax declaration and select the option to pay with the payment gateway (ES version - “pasarela de pagos”);
- The tax will be charged, and you will see the transaction and the proof of payment in the “Taxes and duties section” under the “Completed” tab.
Can I pay taxes with NRC at Qonto?
What are the steps to follow to make the payment from the Qonto interface?
- Access “Agencia Tributaria” and click on the “Pay tax” (ES: Paga impuesto) button in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select the Tax model. Based on the model type, we will ask you to provide some details about your tax payment.
- For “Taxes and settlements”, indicate the Amount and número de Justificante.
- For “Self-assesments”, indicate the Ejercicio y PerĂodo and the Amount.
- If you want to submit a pre-declaration, remember to add the nĂşmero de Justificante.
- Select the IBAN, confirm the taxpayer’s information, and sign the payment with SCA.
You will see a successful payment in the “Completed” section with an NRC number and the proof of payment.
💡 With NRC payment method, you can pay taxes for another businesses, using your Qonto IBAN. Also, you can pay Modelo 100 in two installments by enabling this option in the “Form details” view.
