What information does the Overview section provide?
The Overview section gives you a quick snapshot of your finances all in one place: from your available balance and recent transactions, to your cash flow variations, pending client and supplier invoices, and a full breakdown of your inflows and outflows, both over time and by category.
What can I learn from these seven graphs?
These seven sections allow you to discover at a glance:
- Your available balance: The total funds currently available across your accounts.
- Your latest transactions: A summary of your most recent account activities.
- Your cash flow variations: The changes in cash over the last 12 months, showing the difference between inflows and outflows.
- Client invoices to collect: An overview of the total amount due from your clients, with a list of upcoming invoice due dates sorted by priority.
- Supplier invoices to pay: An overview of the total amount you owe to suppliers, with a list of invoices due, including their due dates and amounts.
- Inflows and Outflows: Two area charts showing your total cash movements month-to-date, giving you a quick view of money coming in and going out over time.
- Inflows and Outflows by category: Two donut charts breaking down your inflows and outflows by category, so you can see exactly where your money comes from and where it goes.
đ Good to know: to manage transaction categories and your cash flow, you can go to the Cash Flow section âïž Note: the data on these charts comes directly from the Cash Flow Management section of the app.
How can I customize it?
You can select which accountâs data you want to view by clicking the checkbox at the top left. The Transactions and Cash flow sections are also customizable, allowing you to choose the time period youâre interested in.
đ Good to know: When you hover over your Cash flow chart, you can see a breakdown of your indicators for the selected period.
